摘要
针对岸边桥式起重机"T型架"集中润滑系统各润滑点出油不均匀,尤其是岸桥拉杆下铰点2处不出油的问题,进行了润滑系统改造。改造后的系统满足了该铰点的润滑需求,延长了该铰点处销轴的使用寿命,解决了润滑管路长短不同引起润滑油的浪费的问题,大大提高了润滑泵站的使用效率。
In traditional T-frame offshore bridge, there presents the problem of uneven supply of lubricating oil in centralized lubricating system. Especially for the two points at the lower hinge points of pull rod of the offshore bridge crane, it hardly supplies lubricating oil. In order to solve this problem, the lubrication system is reconstructed. The new system satisfies the requirement of lubrication at the hinge points, which can not prolong the service life of the pin shaft, but also reduce the waste of lubricating oil caused by the difference of the length of the lubricating pipeline. In practical validation, it has greatly improved the working efficiency of the lubrication pump station.
