摘要
原料乳中抗生素残留是影响乳制品安全最为重要的问题之一。微生物法是对原料乳及乳制品中抗生素残留进行检测的主要方法。文章介绍了原料乳及乳制品中抗生素残留常见的微生物检测方法,并对其风险评估技术进行初步分析。
At present, antibiotic residues in raw milk are still one of the most important problems in the safety of dairy products. Microbiological method is the main method for the detection of antibiotic residues in raw milk and dairy products. This paper introduced the method for the detection of antibiotic residues in raw milk and dairy products by common microbiological assay and analyzing the risk assessment techniques.
