摘要
采用万能材料试验机和旋转盘冲击拉伸装置对05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢进行了不同应变率的拉伸实验研究,获得了05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢沿轧制方向和垂直于轧制方向在应变率为10-2/s^103/s范围内的应力应变曲线,分析了应变率对05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢屈服应力的影响规律。结果表明,05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢在两个方向的弹性模量和拉伸强度几乎相当,但沿轧制方向的断裂强度和断裂延伸率较高,05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢沿轧制方向和垂直于轧制方向的屈服应力均随应变率升高而增大,但变化趋势不同。根据实验结果,拟合得到了05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢不同方向屈服应力与应变率变化关系的方程。
Uniaxial Tension Experimental study for 05Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb steel at strain rates from 10-2 to103/s by the method of MTS810 testing machine and the rotation disc impact tensile device were performed.The tensile stress-strain curves of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb steel along rolling direction and vertical to the rolling direction at different strain rates were obtained.Then,the effect of strain rate on the yield stress of the05Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb steel is analyzed.The elastic modulus and tensile strength are equivalent in both directions,but the fracture strength as well as elongation after fractured is higher along rolling direction than that of the vertical one.Yield stress of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4 Nb is found to increase with increasing strain rate at both directions.Using polynomial model with exponential function of logarithm strain,the yield stress depending on strain rate at two directions are fitted,and good agreement with experimental observations is found.
