病案复制中军事信息的保密探讨

军队医院依据《医疗机构病历管理规定》提供病案复制服务时,涉及保护军事信息安全的问题。军队现役人员、文职人员、离退休干部的病案首页及入院记录中,包含有部队单位名称、番号、地址、姓名、职务、联系电话、单位联系人姓名等军事敏感信息。在提供军事人员病案复制时,应当依据《中国人民解放军保密条例》采取保密措施,对纸质病案不提供病案首页并遮挡敏感信息的方法,对电子病历采取删除敏感信息的方法。对确实需要完整病案复制的,经同级保密委员会批准采取另外出具证明的方法提供,以此提升病案复制工作中保密安全的制度落实。目前军队医院在深化军民融合的发展中,高质量为地方群众提供就医环境的同时,更加需要注重保护军事秘密信息的工作。
