精准医学理念在心脏手术麻醉教学中的实践

Implementation of Precision Medicine Concept in the Teaching of Anesthesia for Cardiac Surgery

目的探讨精准医学理念在心脏手术麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法将麻醉学系2011级本科生158名随机分为试验组(n=79)和对照组(n=79)。试验组在心脏手术麻醉的教学中引入精准医学的理念和方法,实施精准医学教学。对照组采用常规教学。通过问卷调查和答题考核评估教学效果。结果试验组学生考核成绩为(87.11±4.32)优于对照组。问卷调查结果显示:试验组70名(89%)学生认为新的教学方式能够增加探索临床问题的兴趣,67名(85%)学生认为能够拓宽临床思路,75名(95%)学生认为能够增强医患沟通和交流,缓解患者紧张情绪,60名(76%)学生认为能够增强哲学思辨能力,68名(86%)学生认为有助于临床知识的掌握以及理论与临床的结合,与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精准医学理念应用于心脏手术麻醉教学中,有助于提高学生学习成绩及满意度,对临床教学改革有一定指导意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying precision medicine concept in the teaching of anesthesia for cardiac surgery. Methods Totally 158 undergraduates in grade 2012 from department of anesthesiology were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, with 79 individuals in each class. The precision medicine concept and methods were induced to students in the experimental group, and the routine teaching methods were applied to students in the control group. Effects of teaching were evaluated by questionnaire survey and examination. Results Scores of experimental group （87. 11 ~ 4. 32）are higher than control group （P〈 0. 05）. Questionnaire survey showed that in experimental group： 67 students （85%） thought that the new course could increase interests of exploring clinical question, 75 students （95%） thought that the new course could increase communication between doctors and patients and relieve tension, 60 students （76%） thought that the new course could enhance the ability of dialectical thinking, 65 students （82%） thought the new course could contribute to mastering clinical knowledge and combination of theory and clinical. While in control group （P~ 0. 05）. Conclusions Precision medicine is successfully practiced in the teaching of anesthesia for cardiac surgery, which not only improves scores of learning, but also guides the reformation of clinical teaching.
