摘要
利用现代设计理论,结合人机工程和防汛抢险的实际技术要求,研制了一款新型防汛抢险液压式旋转机系统。新型桩机系统是使用连续流动性的液压油,通过液压油把驱动液压泵的机械能转换成油压的压力能,经过控制阀送到液压马达,转换成机械能驱动螺旋桩。该桩机系统采用液压系统代替传统的电机动力输入,使用范围更广,尤其适用防汛抢险此类野外设备,提高了系统的便携性。
The paper uses the theory of modem design, and combines with the man-machine engineering and practical technical requirements which develops a new hydraulic machine system of the Anti-flood Spiral Pile. The new pile machine system uses liquid of hydraulic oil, utilizes the hydraulic oil to drive hydraulic pump mechanical energy into hydraulic pressure, through the control valve to hydraulic motor, it transforms into mechanical energy to drive screw pile. The hydraulic machine system of the Anti-flood Spiral Pile replaces the traditional motor power, and it is especial wider for flood-prevention such field equipment, the design improves the portability of the system.
