摘要
介绍滑移线对外覆盖件面品质产生的影响,针对某轿车机盖外板主棱线滑移问题,利用CAE分析手段,从冲压方向选定、压料面设计、工艺补充处理等方法有效地控制了滑移线,并通过优化拉延筋和局部工艺补充保证外板的刚度要求。利用优化所得参数进行试模,调试出合格产品,满足生产质量要求。
The impact on surface quality of car outer cover by skid-line is present. For skid-line to the main ridge of an automobile hood outer, the optimization of stamping direction, binder design and addendum surface adjustment are used to effectively control it with the help of CAE. Then drawbeads and addendum surface are adjusted locally to meet the requirement of the stiffness to the hood outer. The actual experiment was conducted based on the above parameters, and the result showed that the product could meet the requirements of quality and production.
