摘要
磁聚焦系统是电子枪的一个重要组成部分,其机械结构和重要参数决定了焊接时电子束束斑直径的大小。以30 k W/50 k V高压电子束焊机中的磁聚焦系统为例,介绍了磁聚焦系统重要参数——安匝数的计算方法,并用ANSYS软件对磁透镜内的磁场分布进行了分析,验证了在带有极靴的短磁透镜中,极靴附近小区域内会产生很强烈的磁场。
The magnetic focusing system is an important part of the electron gun, it' s mechanical structure and important parameters determine the size of beam spot diameter in welding. This paper takes magnetic focusing system for 30kW/150kV high-voltage electronic welder as an example, introduces the calculation method of important parameter ampere-turn of magnetic focusing system, and analyzes the magnetic field distribution in magnetic lens by using ANSYS software. Thus it is verified that the magnetic field can be generated near the pole-piece of the shot magnetic lens.
