摘要
对于采用平皮带传动的机械自动化设备,如何在结构设计上防止平皮带从带轮上脱落,对于设备运行的可靠性非常重要,通过分析平皮带和带轮装配后的形状变化,结合皮带的力学性能分析,从理论上解释了平皮带传动过程中能自动对中的原因,通过分析皮带刚度、带轮轴之间平行度以及带轮形状等因素对皮带自动对中稳定性的影响,对平皮带传动参数进行量化。结合实验验证结果,相关的结构设计参数能较好的指导设计,提高产品机械传动的可靠性。
For the use of flat belt transmission machine, how to prevent the flat belt fall from the belt wheel, is very important for the reliahility of the equipment running, through the analysis of flat beh and the shape change after assembly, combined with the mechanical properties of the belt as stress analysis, answer the question why the flat belt transmission process can be auto centering with the analysis of the belt stiffness, axis parallel degree, belt wheel shape and belt automatic stability of influence, to definite the flat belt transmission parameters. Combined with the experimental results, the related structural design parameters can guide the design and improve the reliability of the mechanical transmission of the product.
