摘要 目前,塑料加工行业一直保持高速发展的态势,但注塑加工生产的管理还比较落后,生产效率、材料损耗、能源消耗、对环境的污染远远不及国外先进的企业的管理水平。注塑产品生产管理规范化模块化是生产线上一个日益突出的问题,注塑生产管理技术与规范化进程成为开发与研究的热点。设计了一套注塑生产可视化智能作业平台系统,实时查看到整个注塑车间的机器运行状况、模具状态、工艺成型参数、物料消耗、订单生产进度等信息,从而实现生产车间现场的透明化管理。 At present, plastic processing industry has maintained rapid development, but the injection molding processing production management is relatively backward, the production efficiency, material loss, energy consumption and pollution to the environment is far inferior to the foreign advanced enterprise management level. Plastic products production and management standardization modularity is an increasingly prominent in the production line, injection molding production management technology and standardization process is becoming a hot spot of research and development. This paper designed a set of visual intelligent molding production work platform system, real-time view to the whole state of injection molding machine running status of workshop, mold, process parameters, material consumption, order information such as the production schedule, so as to realize the transparent management of workshop site.
