摘要
通过对端面螺纹数控车床加工方法对比、刀具选用、端面螺纹尺寸计算、数控程序编辑方法选择、程序对比分析等工作,以达到工艺合理及优化程序的目的,从而大幅度提高机床的加工效率。
Through comparison on the end thread in CNC lathe processing method, tool selection, dimensions calculation, choice the editing method of NC program, program contrast analysis, then to make the processing process reasonable and optimize the program, thus to greatly improve the efficiency of the lathe processing.
