摘要
建立一套科学合理的针对基层员工的绩效评价体系,选择合适的评价方法对基层员工绩效进行客观评价,是中国农业发展银行(简称农发行)内部深化改革加强管理的现实要求.从员工综合素质、工作业绩、工作能力、工作态度等4个维度出发,选取18个二级绩效评价指标构建评价指标体系,借用模糊评价法模型,以农发行NX支行的员工为样本进行实证分析,得出比较中肯的评价结果,为农发行基层员工绩效评价的全面推广提供参考.
To establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system aimed at common em- ployees and choose a suitable evaluation method to conduct objective evaluation of common employees' performance is an actual requirement for Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) to deepen the internal reform and strengthen its management. From the four dimensions of employees' comprehensive quality,work performance,operational capability and attitude toward work,this thesis selects 18 second- level performance evaluation indexes to establish the evaluation index system and conducts the empirical analysis by applying the fuzzy evaluation model and using samples of employees in NX branch of ADBC. The evaluation result is relatively pertinent and can provide a reference for the overall popularization of common employees' performance evaluation in ADBC.
