摘要
采用问卷及内隐测量的方法,以内地新疆籍少数民族大学生为例,探讨民族认同整合与心理健康的关系,以及自我认同的调节作用.内地新疆籍少数民族大学生与汉族大学生在心理健康总体水平上无统计学意义,在强迫、抑郁和偏执因子上有统计学意义;内地新疆籍少数民族大学生的民族认同整合、自尊水平、自我认同与心理健康水平呈正相关;自我认同在民族认同整合与心理健康水平之间起调节作用.因此,应加强内地新疆少数民族大学生自我意识教育,提高自我认同感,促进认同整合,以提高其心理健康水平.
Using questionnaires and implicit measurement, we investigated the relationship between ethnic identity integration and mental health, and the regulating role of self-identity in a sample containing mi- nority students from Xinjiang. The results showed no significant difference between Xinjiang minority students and Han students on meantal health as a whole. Significant difference emerged on factors of compulsion, depression, and paranoid ideation. Positive relationships were found among ethnic identity in- tegration, self-esteem, self-identity, and mental health for Xinjiang minority students. Self-identity regula- ted the effect of ethnic identity integrity on mental health. These results suggest that self-consciousness education for Xinjiang Minority students is of importance to increase the sense of self-identity,ethnic i- dentity integration, and thus their mental health.
