物化—生化法处理染料中间体生产废水

Treatment of Dye Intermediate Wastewater by Physical-chemical-biochemical Method

采用物化—生化法进行染料中间体生产废水的处理试验 ,物化法包括混凝、电解、Fenton氧化工艺过程。试验结果表明 :废水经物化及水解酸化工序后 ,可生化性显著提高 。

The dye intermediate wastewater is treated by physical-chemical-biochemical method.Physical-chemical method consists of flocculation?electrolysis?fenton oxidation technic.The results of experiment show ratio of BOD 5/COD Cr rises prominently after wastwater treated by physical-chemistry,hydrolytic-acidification procedures,and the quality of tail water treated by aerobic biochemical procedure satisfies the national dischange standard.
