摘要
通过现场检测和取样试验,对已运行了10a(年)的我国首批9F燃机P91钢高压主蒸汽管系进行了安全性检测和寿命评估。结果表明:高压主蒸汽管系中部分管段存在安装阶段留下的材质缺陷,对其采取了更换措施;9F燃机启停过程中引起的高压主蒸汽管系内外壁温差应力较小,相对于管系的二次应力来说可以忽略不计;硬度合格的焊接接头试样在540℃下具有较高的持久强度,其剩余蠕变寿命大于10~5h。
Through the field testing and sample testing,safety inspection and life evaluation were carried out on the P91 steel high-pressure main steam piping system of domestic first 9F gas turbine,which had been running for 10 years.The results show that:there were some quality defects existing in the part sections of the highpressure main steam piping,and the pipes were replaced;the stress of the temperature difference of the highpressure main steam piping caused by the start-stop process of 9F gas turbine was small and negligible compared with the secondary stress of the piping;the welding joint samples of qualified hardness had a higher endurance strength at 540 ℃,and the residual creep life was more than 10^5h.
