摘要
通过现场检测和取样试验,对已运行了10a(年)的我国首批9F燃机P91钢高压主蒸汽管系进行了安全性检测和寿命评估。结果表明:高压主蒸汽管系中部分管段存在安装阶段留下的材质缺陷,对其采取了更换措施;9F燃机启停过程中引起的高压主蒸汽管系内外壁温差应力较小,相对于管系的二次应力来说可以忽略不计;硬度合格的焊接接头试样在540℃下具有较高的持久强度,其剩余蠕变寿命大于10~5h。
Through the field testing and sample testing,safety inspection and life evaluation were carried out on the P91 steel high-pressure main steam piping system of domestic first 9F gas turbine,which had been running for 10 years.The results show that：there were some quality defects existing in the part sections of the highpressure main steam piping,and the pipes were replaced;the stress of the temperature difference of the highpressure main steam piping caused by the start-stop process of 9F gas turbine was small and negligible compared with the secondary stress of the piping;the welding joint samples of qualified hardness had a higher endurance strength at 540 ℃,and the residual creep life was more than 10^5h.
