摘要
以六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)和苯膦酰二氯(PPD)为原料,合成了一种三嗪类膨胀型阻燃剂2,4,6-三(苯氧膦二氧杂胺基)-1,3,5-三嗪(TDPP),并通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和热重分析等方法对该化合物的结构和热稳定性进行了表征。同时研究了TDPP对聚乙烯的阻燃性能。结果表明,当磷含量为6.22%时,极限氧指数(LOI)值达到29.3/%,UL94达到V-0级,拉伸强度为9.1 MPa,冲击强度为16.9 kJ/m^2。结果表明,TDPP可以作为聚乙烯良好的阻燃剂。
A new intumescent flame retardant triazine-based cross-linked polymer 2,4,6-tris (dioxa- phosphine phenoxy) -1,3,5-triazine (TDPP) was synthesized by 2,4,6-tris (dihydroxymethylamino) -1,3,5- triazine (HMM) and phenylphosphonic dichloride (PPD). The structure and thermal degradation behavior of the product was characterized by Fourier transform spectrometry (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonances (NMR) and thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA). And the flame retardant properties of TDPP in polyethylene were studied. The results show that with phosphorus mass fraction of 6. 22%, limiting oxygen index of 29.3% can be achieved and V-0 level of vertical burning (UL 94) test is passed, the tensile strength is 9. 1 MPa, the impact strength is 16.9 kJ/m2, implying that TDPP is a good flame retardant agent for polyethylene.
