摘要
研究建立了用于手机套中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量测定的顶空-气相色谱-质谱法。采用DB-624MS毛细管柱分离,13种挥发性有机化合物能够完全分离。结果表明,在本研究范围曲线呈线性关系,相关系数为0.995 3~0.999 1,加标回收率在88.35%~103.89%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%,方法检测低限为1.2~2.5 mg/kg。
Headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to determine volatile organic compounds (VOC) in a cell phone cover in this research. This method used analysis of DB-624MS capillary column and thirteen kinds of VOCs could be completely separated. The method is linear with the range of study, with the correlation coefficient of 0. 995 3 - 0. 999 1. The values recovery was founded to be in the range of 88.35% - 103.89%. The relative standard deviation is less than 3%, and the limit of detection for the assay is 1.2 - 2. 5 mg/kg.
