摘要 以聚丙烯(PP)为基体材料,加入无卤膨胀型阻燃剂FR-1420制备得到了阻燃PP材料,考察了滑石粉、玻纤的加入对材料阻燃性能的影响,通过热重分析(TG)研究了材料的热分解行为。结果表明,阻燃剂FR-1420的加入能提高PP的阻燃性能,当阻燃剂含量达到20%时,PP材料垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级;滑石粉母粒及玻纤的加入会在一定程度上破坏阻燃剂在燃烧过程中形成的膨胀性炭层,降低材料的阻燃性能,滑石粉母粒及玻纤含量为10%时,阻燃剂含量需分别增加至25%、23%,PP材料垂直燃烧等级才能达到V-0级;TG分析显示,阻燃剂的加入使材料初始分解温度提前,残炭增加,有利于材料阻燃性能的提高。 The flame retardant polypropylene (PP) resin was prepared by adding the halogen-free intumescent flame retardant (FR-1420). The effects of talc and glass fiber on the properties of the flame retardant in PP were studied, and the thermal behavior was evaluated by thermogravimetry analysis (TG). The results show that the addition of FR-1420 improves the flame retardancy of PP composites and the composites achieves a V-0 classification by 20% FR-1420 addition. The addition of talc and glass fiber could damage the intumesent char and the flame retardancy. The contents of FR-1420 including 25wt% and 23wt% respectively are needed for a V-0 classification when the total content of talc or glass fiber is 10wt%. The TG results prove that the addition of FR-1420 increases initial decomposition temperature and promotes more char layer, which is beneficial to the improvement of flame retardancy.
