摘要 起重机吊装作业中吊钩若出现偏摆则可能会造成事故,因此加强吊钩摆角监测十分重要。在充分分析了起重机吊装作业的实际环境,以及对吊钩偏摆监测的应用模式基础上,提出了一种基于微机电系统(MEMS)的吊钩摆角无线测量方案,通过测量吊钩的姿态角与起重机的方位角,建立数学模型,进行融合计算得出吊钩的偏摆角。所设计的系统采用JY901模块作为传感单元,以ZigBee作为无线传感网络,采用3G通信技术将数据传输到云端解析,最后基于B/S模式进行远程监测。该系统易于安装,便于监测,完全适用于起重机现场的作业环境。 The deflection of hook in crane lifting operation may cause accidents,so it is important to enhance the monitoring of hook' s swinging angle.On taking account of the real environment of crane operation and the applying patterns of the monitoring of hook deflection,a method to measure the hook' s swinging angle based on MEMS is presented,that is,by means of measuring the attitude angle of hook and the yaw of crane,a mathematical model to calculate the swinging angle of hook is established.In the system,JY901 is used as the sensing unit,ZigBee is uesd as the wireless sensor network,3G technology is adopted to transmit the data to cloud for analysis,and remote monitoring is based on B/S mode.This system is easy to install and monitor,and it is fully suitable for the working environment of crane.
