摘要
对机械操纵系统在某些飞行状态下的航向偏离特性进行了分析。飞机大表速机动飞行时,由于航向机械操纵系统的偏离特性,导致飞机出现非指令性侧滑问题。对导致操纵系统偏离特性的可能成因及偏离规律进行了理论分析,深入研究了硬式杆系连接的航向机械操纵系统随着飞行表速和法向过载的增加而偏离设计值的相关特性,同时阐述了航向机械操纵系统偏离设计值对飞机操纵特性的影响。通过工程简化方法对航向机械操纵系统的偏离特性进行了理论计算,并与飞机的飞参记录数据进行对比,验证了上述方法的准确性。最后针对飞机的正常使用提出实用建议。
The deviation characteristic of the mechanical direction control system in some certain flight conditions is analyzed.Because of this characteristic,a nonprescriptive sideslip occurs when the airplane is in a flight maneuvers of high flight speed.The possible causes and the rule of deviation for directional mechanism control system are analyzed theoretically,meanwhile the related characteristic is researched that when the flight speed and normal load increasing,the mechanical direction control system built by rigidity-connected rod also deviates.The reasons for the mechanical direction control system deviated are also researched and the deviation rule is analyzed.Based on the researches,it is found that the mechanical direction control system can affect the control ability of the airplane.The deviation characteristic of the mechanical direction control system is calculated and analyzed through the engineering predigested method,and then the accuracy of this method is attested by contrasting the calculated value with flight ture data.At last,some practical suggestions are put forward for the normal use of the airplane.
