农户安全茶叶生产行为分析

A study on farmers' behaviors of safe tea production

将农户茶叶生产行为分成普通茶叶生产行为和安全茶叶生产行为,通过建立二元Logistic回归模型,分析茶农个体特征指标、家庭特征因素、认知水平、政府规制因素、参加产业链情况等因素对茶农安全茶叶生产行为的影响,提出扶持茶叶产业链运转、建立健全检测机制、推入市场准入制度等对策,以规范农户安全茶叶生产行为,保障茶叶质量安全。

Farmers＇ tea production behaviors are divided into two aspects, i.e. ordinary tea production behavior and safety tea production behavior. In this paper, the Binary Logistic regression model is established to analyze the factors of farmers＇ behaviors of safety tea production, such as farmer＇s individual, farmer＇s family characteristics, farmer＇s perception level, government regulation, condition of farmers＇ participation to industrial chain. Then some proposals are put forward to regulate farmers＇ behaviors of safety tea production and ensure tea safety, including supporting the operation of tea industry chains, establishing and improving the detection mechanisms, and pushing into the market access system and so on.
