大数据背景下社会主义理论的新发展——以国家治理能力的建设为视角

现代社会处于信息爆炸的时代,国家治理能力也应该在这种背景下进行多方面的适应。大数据的出现为杂乱的信息提供了一种梳理和分析的良好平台,国家治理能力也能够借助大数据提供的基本结论作为政策制定的依据。据此,科学社会主义理论也需要在新的国家治理模式背景下做出自身的发展。大数据与国家治理能力二者之间存在客观关联,但是二者之间存在着难以回避的张力。我国的社会主义发展处于改革时期,各方利益交杂,信息呈现多元化,国家治理的过程中需要将大数据作为重要的组成要素,为国家治理能力的提升形成合力,我国在科学社会主义理论发展的研究中应当正视这一现实。
