校地协同创新喀左紫陶文化产业人才培养模式研究

为促进喀左紫陶文化产业的发展,文章对喀左紫陶文化产业发展存在的问题进行分析,提出了校地协同培养专门人才的创新模式。高校根据喀左紫陶文化产业人才需求情况,通过调整专业建设、强化实践教学、提升研究能力、促进创业发展等途径,有效解决发展中人才短缺、创新能力弱等问题。对推动喀左紫陶文化产业发展和提升喀左紫陶文化产业人才素质,具有重要的现实意义和价值。

In order to promote the development of purple pottery culture industry in Kazuo, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Kazuo purple pottery culture industry, and puts forward the innovation mode of the school collaborative training of special talents. According to the Kazuo purple pottery culture industry talent demand, it put forward through the adjustment of professional construction, strengthen the practice of teaching, improve research ability, promote entrepreneurship development way, effectively solve the problems in the development of talent shortage, weak innovation ability etc..
