摘要
自媒体时代,企业尤其是中小企业,面对的是数量巨大且质量参差不齐的信息,信息获取的渠道呈现出多样化的趋势,与传统大型企业相比,中小企业对竞争情报的重视程度还有待提高。文章分析目前中小企业竞争情报服务工作的现状及问题产生的原因,并提出相应的对策,旨在提升中小企业竞争情报工作的服务效率和质量,更好地实现情报价值。
In the we-media time, SMEs are facing a huge number and variable quality information, and information's access channel present diversification trend. Comparing with the traditional enterprises, SMEs should raise level of emphasis on competitive intelligence. We put forward corresponding countermeasures. The article analyzes the reasons and the problem of present situation of SMEs's competitive intelligence service. Our purpose is improving service efficiency and quality for competitive intelligence work, and to better realize the value of intelligence.
