摘要 钢铁工业是国民经济的重要基础产业,要实现其可持续协调发展,需要加快实现自动化、数字化、智能化制造进程。以唐钢信息化架构设计为切入点,以面向未来智能制造为出发点,建立了新型钢铁企业信息自动化架构体系。以一贯制质量设计及一体化产销计划的实现为主线,对一二级系统实施全公司范围的建设和改造,在三四级之间新建设三点五级系统——公司级高级计划排程系统、公司级订单设计系统、公司级质量管理系统;新建二点五级工厂数据库系统,搭建智能工厂的数据基石。实现体系内一至五级的纵向全线贯通,引领企业实现转型升级,为企业智能制造打下基础。 Iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of the national economy. In order to achieve its sustain- able and coordinated development, it need to accelerate the realization of automation, digital, intelligent manufacturing process. In this paper, the information architecture design of Tangsteel was taken as the study object, the future oriented intelligent manufacturing was taken as the goal, the new information and automation architecture system of Tangsteel was established. Taking the consistent quality design and integrated production and marketing plan as the main line, the one and two level systems were improved in company-wide, and the new three point five level system which includes the advanced company planning and scheduling system, the company order design system and the quality management system was build between three and four level systems; the new two point five level of factory database system was build, it is the data cornerstone of intelligent plant. We implement the system within one to five connected, it leads the enterprise to realize the transformation and upgrading, and the foundation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing.
