Optimum slagging materials smelting in combined-blowning converter based on single-slag steelmaking

摘要 为了进一步降低炼钢成本,南京钢铁股份有限公司100 t复吹转炉,基于单渣法操作,依托现有造渣料,通过转炉磷收支平衡和脱磷热力学计算,得出转炉脱磷所需的最小渣量,在单渣法终渣热态返回利用的基础上,探索出成本最低的适宜渣料冶炼技术,实现了石灰吨钢消耗降低42.4%,白云石吨钢消耗降低12%,石灰石吨钢消耗增加34.3%,吨钢成本降低4.64元/t。 In order to further reduce the cost of steelmaking. On the basis of the thermal state slag circular utilization, the optimum slagging materials smelting technology was explored in Nanjing Iron and Steel Corp. The single-slag steel- making was applied. Relying on the existing slagging materials and through the thermodynamic calculation of dephos- phorization and the converter phosphorus balance of payments, the minimum amount of slag required for dephosphoriza- tion was obtained. The lime consumption per ton steel decreased by 42.4%, the dolomite consumption per ton steel decreased by 12%. the limestone consumption per ton steel increased by 34.3% and the cost of steel reduced 4.64 yuan per ton.
