摘要 目的探讨标准化病人在护理仿真模拟综合实训教学中的应用效果。方法将2011级学生78名,按随机数字表法分为试验组38名,对照组40名。试验组应用标准化病人联合高端医学模拟系统进行仿真综合实训,对照组应用高端医学模拟系统进行仿真综合实训。实训后,两组进行综合考核和满意度调查,比较实训效果。结果实训后,试验组综合考核成绩,除临床操作外,均高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组对教学方式的满意度,除理论知识的应用能力外,均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合实训时,在应用高端医学模拟系统的基础上引入标准化病人,能早期培养学生的临床意识,建立临床思维,提高临床综合技能与素质,增强接触真实病人的信心,为护理本科生临床实习奠定良好的基础。 Objective To evaluate the effects of a SP (standardized patient)model applied in comprehensive training of nursing students before their clinical practice. Methods A total of 78 nursing students from grade 2011 were randomized to the observation group of 38 or the control group of 40. Students in the control group received comprehensive simulation training with a set of advanced medical simulation system,while students in the observa- tion group received a comprehensive training of simulation plus SP simulation. Follow-up comprehensive assessment and questionnaire were conducted to evaluate the possible training effects. Results Examination scores of the obser- vation group,apart from that of skills,were significantly higher than that of the control group. As for the degree of satisfaction with the teaching mode,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive simulation training with SP plus advanced medical simulation system can develop nursing students' clinical awareness,clinical confidence as well as improve their comprehensive skills,which will be ready for successful clinical practice.
