摘要 目的探讨应用PBL联合概念图在心内科临床护理教学中的效果。方法选取2014年7月至2015年7月在心内科实习的护理本科学生140名,分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用PBL联合概念图教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组学生的考试成绩及对教学方法的满意程度,并采用自行设计的PBL联合概念图教学评价表对试验组学生的学习效果进行问卷调查。结果试验组学生理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对PBL联合概念图教学法的效果评价均较高。结论在本科护理专业学生的临床教学中应用PBL联合概念图教学法,有助于提高学生的综合能力,提高教学质量,为学生走上工作岗位奠定了基础。 Objective To explore the effects of PBL together with concept map used in clinical teaching in de- partment of cardiology. Methods A total of 140 undergraduate nursing students in department of cardiology from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into the control group or the experimental group. PBL together with concept map teaching method was used in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was used in the control group,Scores and satisfaction with the teaching method were evaluated. A self-developed question- naire survey was conducted among students in the experimental group. Results Students in the experimental group had better performance regarding the theory examination and skill test compared with that of the students in the control group(P〈0.05 ). Moreover, they also showed higher satisfaction with the new teaching method. Conclusion The PBL together with concept map teaching method in clinical teaching is helpful to improve students'abilities.
