摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂在护理管理学教学中的应用和效果。方法选取62名全日制护理本科三年级学生实施翻转课堂教学。课前通过教学视频,幻灯片预习和自测题,课堂上通过汇报讨论,重点知识讲解,案例教学和总结反馈等实施翻转课堂。采用自制的教学效果评价表了解学生对翻转课堂教学的评价。结果学生考核成绩均分为(90.47±3.26)分,超过90%的学生认可本次翻转课堂的教学模式及具体教学内容,并有超过96.8%学生表示翻转课堂对学习有促进作用。结论翻转课堂教学模式能够促进护理管理学的教学效果,但在具体实施中仍需进一步完善,以取得更好的实践效果。
Objective To explore the effects of the flipped classroom teaching used in the course of Nursing Management. Methods Sixty-two full-time nursing undergraduates of Grade 3 were enrolled in the study. The flipped classroom teaching was conducted by video,presentation made by students themselves,key knowledge learn- ing,and case study. The self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate students' attitude towards the flipped classroom teaching. Results Average score of students in the examination was(90.47±3.26).Over 90% students agreed that the flipped classroom teaching was useful and applicable. Furthermore,over 96.8% students thought that such a teaching method was helpful in the course learning. Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching could enhance the effects of nursing management teaching.
