摘要 目的探讨微课在中职儿科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2014级中职助产专业学生按教学自然班分为试验组与对照组。将腹泻脱水的判断的内容制作成微课视频,组织试验组学生采取集中观看和自主观看视频两种方式进行自学;对照组学生接受集中讲授完成课程学习。用试卷考察两组学生相应内容学习情况,并用自设问卷调查试验组学生对微课的评价。结果两组学生的试卷成绩差异没有统计学意义(t=1.304,P=0.194),87.5%(105/120)的学生认为微课对自学该内容有帮助,82.5%(99/120)的学生通过自学微课能明确脱水的判断方法。结论微课在中职教学中对满足学生差异化的学习要求有积极意义,是课堂讲授法的有益补充。 Objective To explore the effects of micro-course in teaching of pediatric nursing in a secondary voca- tional school. Methods The midwifery students of 2014 were divided into the experimental group or the control group by their class number. Contents of the diarrhea dehydration were made into the micro-course video. Students in the experimental group could learn the contents through two methods which were viewing the video together or individually,while students in the control group got the knowledge by conventional lecture. The examination results were compared between the two groups. Besides,a self-developed questionnaire was given to the students in the experi- mental group to evaluate their views about the micro-course. Results There were no statistically significant differ- ences between the two groups regarding the examination scores (t= 1.304, P=0.194). 87.5% (105/120) of the students thought that micro-course was helpful to learn the contents. 82.5%(99/120)students could understand the method of judging dehydration by micro-course. Conclusion Micro-course has positive effects to meet the needs of students with different learning requirements in a secondary vocational school.
