摘要
目的探讨反思性学习在大专学生内科护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法将我院2014级某大专护理班60名学生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统的实训教学方法,试验组在传统实训教学的基础上应用反思性学习,比较两组学生理论及实践技能考核成绩,并发放问卷调查两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果教学结束后,试验组学生理论及实践技能考核得分和对教学效果的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反思学习有助于提高大专学生的综合能力。
Objective To explore the effects of a reflective learning in medical nursing practice in a higher vo- cational nursing college. Methods Sixty nursing students of one class were randomly divided into the experimental group or the control group. Each group had 30 students. The conventional teaching and training method was used in the control group,while the reflective learning along with aforementioned conventional method was applied in the experimental group. Examination results were compared between the two groups. Besides,questionnaires were dis- tributed to the two groups to evaluate the teaching effects of the reflective learning. Results Students in the ex- perimental group had better performance than those of the control group in terms of theory examination scores and practice skills. Furthermore,they gave higher scores regarding the questionnaire survey(P〈0.05). Conclusion The reflective learning was useful to improve the comprehensive abilities of college nursing students.
