摘要
目的调查护理本科生的实习压力和正念水平状况,分析学生正念水平对实习压力的影响。方法采用护理专业学生实习压力量表和五因素正念量表,对142名护理本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果学生的实习压力总均分为(1.37±0.41)分,正念水平总均分为(3.13±0.26)分;回归分析显示,正念中"觉知的行动"和"描述"维度进入回归方程,能够解释实习压力总变异的17.7%。结论护理本科生正念水平中的"觉知的行动"和"描述"是实习压力的影响因素,护理教育者应关注学生正念水平的培养,帮助学生有效应对实习压力。
Objective To investigate the level of clinical practice stress and mindfulness among undergraduate nursing students,and to analyze the impact of mindfulness on clinical practice stress. Methods A total of 142 undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice were investigated with the Nursing Students' Stress Scale (NSSS) and Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ). Results The mean score of students' clinical practice stress was(1.37±0.41). The mean score of mindfulness was(3.13±0.26). Regression analysis showed that the subscales of mindfulness including acting with awareness and describe could explain 17.7% of the total variance of clinical practice stress. Conclusion The factors of acting with awareness and describe in mindfulness are important predic- tive factors for clinical practice stress among undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice. Nursing educators should focus on improving nursing students' mindfulness to help them effectively cope with clinical practice stress.
