江苏省无锡市细菌性食物中毒和气象因素关系分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the relationship between bacterial food poisoning and meteorology in Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的探讨江苏省无锡市细菌性食物中毒发生与气象因素的关系,为预防细菌性食物中毒提供参考依据。方法收集2003-2014年江苏省无锡市细菌性食物中毒资料和同期气象资料,分析细菌性食物中毒发生的基本特征及其月均发生情况与气象因素的关系。结果 8月是江苏省无锡市细菌性食物中毒报告起数、中毒人数最多的月份,分别占报告起数和中毒人数的24.9%和19.9%;副溶血性弧菌是首要致病微生物,分别占中毒总起数的50.56%和中毒总人数的53.86%。细菌性食物中毒月平均发病起数与月平均水汽压、月平均气温、月平均蒸发量之间呈明显的正相关;前一天水汽压小于11.8 h Pa或平均气温低于14.3℃或蒸发量低于0.17 mm时,当天发生细菌性食物中毒的概率较小(<5%)。结论江苏省无锡市细菌性食物中毒的发生具有较明显的季节和气候特点,可以通过气象因素预测细菌性食物中毒的发生。 Objective To describe the relationship between bacterial food poisoning and meteorology in Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province, providing references for the prevention of bacterial food poisoning. Methods The characteristics of bacterial food poi- soning occurred in Wuxi City from 2003 to 2014 were analyzed after data were collected, and the relationship between bacterial food poisoning and meteorology were analyzed with SPSS. Results The largest numbers of events and victims of food poisoning were August, aocouting 24.9% and 19. 9% respectively. Vibrio parahaemolytieus was the main pathogenic factor, accouting 50. 56% of events and 53.86% of victims respectively. The number of average monthly food poisoning was related to the mean va- por pressure, the mean temperature and evaporative capacity. The probability of food poisoning was very small when the mean va- por pressure was lower than 11.8 hPa or temperature was lower than 14. 3 -C or evaporative capacity was lower than 0. 17 ram. The probability of occurrence of bacterial food poisoning the day of small( 〈 5% ). Conclusion Bacterial food poisoning in Wuxi City has shown comparatively clear characteristics with season and climate. It may predict the occurrence of the bacterial food poisoning with some meteorological factors.
