不同养殖方式对北京地区绿壳蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Different Feeding Mode on Laying Performance and Egg Quality of Green-shell Layers in Beijing Area

摘要 为比较笼养模式与散养模式对地方鸡种产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,以北京地区的绿壳蛋鸡为研究对象,将该鸡种雏鸡笼养至16周龄后分为笼养组和散养组两个群体进行饲养,除饲养模式外其他条件均相同。分别记录两个鸡群的产蛋性能,并于30、35、40周龄时检测两鸡群的蛋品质,对收集的数据进行比较分析。结果表明,散养方式降低了绿壳蛋鸡的产蛋性能,具体表现在:散养组平均产蛋率比笼养组低21.54%;笼养组料蛋比为2.69,散养组则高达7.48。在蛋品质方面,散养使脏蛋率上升、破蛋率下降,对蛋壳品质和化学组成指标影响不大,蛋黄颜色有所加深,而蛋白高度和哈夫单位有所下降。因此,养殖场在选择养殖模式时,应综合考虑产品特点、消费市场等各方面因素,根据需求选择相应的养殖方式。 To study the effects of free-range and cage feeding mode on laying performance and egg quality of the local layer breeds, green-shell layers in Beijing area were selected as materials, 1-day-age green-shell layers were reared in cage until 16 weeks of age, then were randomly divided into two groups namely cage group and free-range group. The laying performance was evaluated during the experiment, meanwhile the index involving in egg quality was measured at 30,35,40 weeks of age. The results showed that the laying performance was decreased in free-range feed- ing management. Compared with cage management,the laying rate of free-feeding group was decreased 21.54%,the feed to egg ratio of free-range feeding management was 7.48,which was 2.69 in cage feeding management. About egg quality, the ratio of dirty egg was increased, meanwhile the ratio of broken egg was decreased in free-range feeding management. As for the quality of eggshell and ingredient,the two groups had no difference,but the color of yolk was more deep, the albumin height and Haugh unit were decreased in free-feeding management. It indicated that the requirement of market and features of product played a promoting role on the choose of feeding management.
