摘要
IL-37是新发现的一种免疫抑制因子,作为IL-1家族的新成员,具有显著的抗炎作用。研究表明IL-37可能通过下调树突状细胞的活性,减轻T细胞免疫应答,从而抑制炎症级联反应来发挥抗炎作用,参与体内多种疾病的免疫过程,与支气管哮喘、肺结核、肺炎和肺癌等发生和发展密切相关。现就IL-37在呼吸系统疾病中的作用机制作一综述,旨为上述疾病的治疗提供新的科学依据。
Interleukin-37 (IL-37), a new member of IL-1 family, is an immunosuppressive factor found in recent years, which plays an important role in anti inflammatory effects. It has been reported that IL-37 exerts anti-inflammatory effects by modulating dendritic cells activity and T cell immune response. It is correlated with some diseases, such as bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, lung cancer and so on. This paper reviews the mechanism of IL 37 in respiratory diseases in order to provide a new scientific evidence.
