儿童重症肺炎是一种病死率较高的感染性疾病。其病原学及临床特点因患儿的年龄、不同的季节、不同的环境以及合并其他疾病而有着不同的表现。其病原菌耐药形势也愈发严峻。本文即对其病原学的特点及其诊断治疗方面的进展进行综述。

Severe pneumonia in children is a high fatality rate of infectious disease. Its pathogenic characteristics and clinical features have different performance for the patient＇s age, different season, different environment, and associated with other diseases. The pathogen resistance situation is increasingly serious. In this paper, the pathogenic characteristics and the advances in the diagnosis and treatment were summarized.
