上海嵌入式养老社区模式探讨

Discussion on Embedded Nursing Community Mode of Shanghai

面对未富先老的国情,如何结合供给侧改革,对嵌入式养老社区模式进行必要的前瞻性探究,有着重大的理论和现实意义。上海的老龄化程度相对于全国是最高的,笔者就上海市养老问题展开研究,希望通过对嵌入式养老社区相关经验的总结,进而科学地指导新增养老设施的规划建设。在供给侧改革的背景下,结合上海已有的嵌入式养老案例,针对嵌入式养老社区如何优化养老设施、调整服务结构、补齐服务短板、降低养老成本等方面进行论述分析。

Confronted to the poor and aging society of China, it has great theoretical and realistic meaning that how to carry out necessary prospective exploration to the embedded nursing community mode integrating the supply-side reform, Shanghai has the highest aging degree nationwide, so the author researched the nursing problem of Shanghai in the hope of scientifically guiding the planning and construction of newly added nursing facilities by summarizing relevant experience of the embedded nursing community of Shanghai. Under the background of supplyside reform and according to existing embedded nursing cases of Shanghai, this paper discussed and analyzed how to optimize the nursing facilities, adjust the service structure, strengthen the service weakness and reduce the nursing costs for the embedded nursing community.
