浙江民宿经济发展趋势分析

Analysis of Development Trend of Homestay Economy in Zhejiang Province

民宿作为不同于传统旅馆的新兴旅游居住形式,给予游客以特殊的住宿体验。通过对民宿的相关研究,结合国内外的优秀案例,提出民宿给予游客丰富的文化体验和情感体验;另外,结合浙江省民宿的发展情况,提出浙江省民宿发展自然人文资源丰富、政府居民大力支持等特色吸引力;最后,提出浙江省民宿设施现代化、内容主题化、第三地生活体验性、乡村文化创新等发展趋势。

Homestay, as an emerging tourist accommodation form that is different from traditional hotel, provides special accommodation experience to tourists. Through relevant researches on homestay and according to excellent home and abroad cases, this paper proposes that homestay provides abundant cultural and emotional experiences to the tourists; in addition, according to the development of homestay of Zhejiang Province, the paper proposes that the homestay of Zhejiang shall develop the special attraction of abundant natural and cultural resources and substantial support of the government and citizens; finally, it also proposes the development trends of facility modernization, theme-based content, the third place life experience and innovation of village culture of homestay in Zhejiang Province.
