补肾壮骨膏治疗骨质疏松症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Zhuanggu Paste in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的探讨补肾壮骨膏治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将82例骨质疏松症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组41例,口服补肾壮骨膏加碳酸钙D3片及骨化三醇胶丸治疗,对照组41例,单纯口服碳酸钙D3片及骨化三醇胶丸治疗。两组均以1个月为一个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察两组临床疗效,测定骨密度。结果治疗结束后,治疗组与对照组临床疗效显著,总有效率分别为95.12%、87.8%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后骨密度测定与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论补肾壮骨膏治疗骨质疏松症临床疗效肯定,安全性高,方便服用,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuanggu paste in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods 82 cases of patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 41 cases took orally Bushen Zhuanggu paste combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and caleitriol soft capsules. The control group took orally calcium carbonate D3 tablets and calcitriol soft capsules. One month was a course of treatment. After three courses of treatment, the clinical effect was observed, and bone density was measured. Results After treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups was significant, and clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.12% and 87.8% , respectively, and there were statistical difference on bone mineral density before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu paste in the treatment of osteoporosis has definitely clinical effect. It is safe and easy, and is worth promoting.
