中药封包配合艾灸治疗痛经复发的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Package combined with Moxa Moxibustion in the Treatment of Recurrent Dysmenorrhea

目的针对艾灸同中药封包联合对复发性痛经进行治疗的效果进行观察和分析。方法随机在2013年1月—2016年1月期间于我院就诊的复发性痛经患者中择取84例,将其按照随机的方式分成A、B、C、D四组(每组21例)。A组行药物口服,B组行单一中药封包治疗,C组行单一艾灸治疗,D组行中药封包同艾灸联合治疗。观察四组患者的最终治疗效果,做以统计。结果经过不同的治疗方式,D组的整体治疗有效率明显高于其他三组,P<0.05,但A组、B组及C组之间的治疗有效率没有明显的差异,P>0.05;在不良反应的发生概率上,仅有A组当中有1例患者发生了恶心呕吐等不良反应,其他三组均没有发生不良反应。结论对复发痛经的患者行艾灸同中药封包联合治疗,治疗效果理想,操作方式简单,复发概率低,值得进行推广和应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of moxa moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine package in the treatment of recurrent dysmenorrhea. Methods From January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital, 84 cases of patients with recurrent dysmenorrhea were selected, and they were divided into A, B, C and D group （each group included 21 patients）. The group A was treated by oral administration of medicine. Patients in group B were treated with single traditional Chinese medicine packet. The group C was treated with single moxa moxibustion treatment. The group D was given moxa moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine package. The final therapeutic effect of the four groups was observed. Results After treatment, the overall therapeutic effective rate of the group D was significantly higher than that of other three groups P 〈 0. 05, but there was no significant difference between group A, group B and group C （P 〉 0.05）. In addition, in the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions, only one medication of patients in group A were nausea, vomiting and other symptoms of adverse reactions occurred for one patient. All patients in the other three groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion For patients with recurrent dysmenorrhoea, moxihustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine package can play a very good therapeutic effect, and the mode of operation is relatively simple, the recurrence probability is very low, so it is worthy of more extensive popularization and actual application.
