糖尿病视神经病变中西医结合治疗研究

Study on the Combination of the Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Optic Neuropathy

糖尿病视网膜病变是以微小血管损伤为主的眼病,现临床关注与研究比较多,而本文研究的糖尿病视神经病变的视神经损害比血管病变要更早,但临床研究较少,糖尿病视神经病变的发病机制、发病率及早期诊断各文献报道不一,影响着患者的临床治疗方案及其预后。现针对糖尿病视神经病变的相关报道进行研究,分析中西医结合对糖尿病视神经病变的临床治疗,希望可以为临床治疗工作中解决实际问题提供帮助。

Diabetic retinopathy is the most common cause of visual loss involving tiny retinal blood vessels, while diabetic optic neuropathy is less common, we know the optic nerve damage of diabetic optic neuropathy happens earlier than vascular lesions, but there are less related clinical articles. The reports about pathogenesis, incidence and early diagnosis of diabetic optic neuropathy are various. The severity of neuropathy affects the clinical treatment and prognosis of lesions. This paper emphasised on report the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on diabetic optic neuropathy, which can play a guiding role on clinical treatment and practical problems.
