针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Apoplectic Sequela

目的观察针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症疗效。方法将在我院诊治的120例中风后遗症患者随机分为对照组(60例)及治疗组(60例),对照组采用常规药物进行治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加针灸及口服补阳还五汤治疗,4周后进行统计分析。结果治疗组有效57例,总有效率为95.00%。对照组有效49例,总有效率81.67%。经比较两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of apoplectic sequela. Methods 120 cases of apoplectic sequela were randomly divided into control group（ n = 60） and treatment group（ n = 60）. The control group was given conventional therapy. The treatment group received acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group. After four weeks the curative effect was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95. 00% and 81. 67%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of apoplectic sequel has reliable curative effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
