中西医结合治疗方案在老年肱骨近端骨折中的应用

目的探讨中西医结合治疗方案对老年肱骨近端骨折的临床应用效果。方法收集我院2014年1月—2015年1月入院的80例肱骨近端骨折老年患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规固定,实验组患者加施中药内服方案,比较两组患者整体复位效果、治疗后肩关节疼痛、功能与不良反应。结果实验组患者整体复位效果显著优于对照组,疼痛、功能活动、关节活动、肌力与总分显著高于对照组,总体不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗方案对老年肱骨近端骨折的临床应用效果显著,具有借鉴性。

Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of integrated medicine program in senile proximal humerus fractures. M ethods 8 0 cases of senile proximal humerus fractures patients in our hospital from January 2 0 1 4 to January 2 0 1 5were collected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional fixed therapy. The experimental group applied Chinese herbs program. The overall reset effect,shoulder pain after treatment,function and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The overall reset effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The scores of pain,functional activities,joint activities and muscle strength were significantly higher than those of the control group,the overall incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was significant difference（ P 〈0. 0 1）. Conclusion The integrated medicine program in senile proximal humerus fractures has significantly clinical effect and reference.
