中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病并发肾病临床效果

Clinical Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Type 2Diabetes Mellitus complicated with Kidney Disease

目的探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病并发肾病的临床效果。方法 2013年3月—2015年1月期间,本院共收治了92例2型糖尿病并发肾病患者,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,给予对照组西药治疗,观察组患者采用中西医结合治疗,对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行评估。结果观察组46例患者治疗总有效率为97.83%,明显要高于对照组患者84.78%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血肌酐、血尿素氮、24小时尿蛋白定量均低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病并发肾病患者实施中西医结合治疗,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with kidney disease. Methods From March 2013 to January 2013,92 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with kidney disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases each group. The control group was given Western medicine treatment. The treatment group was treated with therapy of integrated medicine. The clinical effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group of 46 cases was 97. 83% which was significantly higher than84. 78% of the control group,and there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 hours urinary protein of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was quantitative comparable（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with kidney disease can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application.
