妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗的中西医结合护理观察

Observation on the Nursing of Integrated Medicine of Gynecological Malignant Tumor Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Chemotherapy

目的探究妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗中的中西医结合护理效果。方法从我院选取46例妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组法分为两组,一组为常规护理组,一组为中西医护理组,并分别予以相应的护理,对比两组患者的住院天数、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果常规护理组的住院时间长于中西医护理组,两组之间差异显著,t=7.07,P<0.05;中西医护理组并发症发生率低于常规护理组,χ~2=4.21,P<0.05;中西医护理组的护理满意度高于常规护理组,χ~2=4.60,P<0.05。结论中西医结合护理在妇科恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的化疗中具有很大的作用,可缩短住院时间,减少并发症。

Objective To study the effect of nursing of integrated medicine of gynecological malignant tumor patients with diabetes mellitus chemotherapy. Methods Selecting 46 cases of gynecological malignant tumor patients with diabetes mellitus in hospital as research objects,they were divided into two groups according to randomization method. One was usual nursing care group,and the other was nursing of integrated medicine group. The two groups were given appropriate care,respectively. The length of hospital stay between the two groups,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The length of hospital stay of the usual nursing care group was longer than that of nursing of integrated medicine group,and there was significant difference between the two groups t = 7. 07,P〈0. 05. The complication rate of the nursing of integrated medicine group was lower than that of the usual nursing care group,χ^2= 4. 21,P〈0. 05. The satisfaction of the nursing of integrated medicine group was higher than that of the usual nursing care group,χ^2= 4. 60,P〈0. 05.Conclusion The nursing of integrated medicine has a significant role in gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy of patients with diabetes. It can shorten hospital stay,and reduce complications.
