石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定米粉中镉含量不确定度评定

Evaluation of the uncertainty of cadmium content in rice flour by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的对国家质控考核样品中镉含量的不确定度进行评定。方法按照GB5009.15-2014进行测定,以CNAS-GL06:2006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》为评定依据分析不确定度。结果两个浓度水平的镉含量分别为188g/kg和406g/kg,扩展不确定度值(k=2)分别为25.6g/kg和35.0g/kg。结论通过量化分析各分量的相对标准不确定度的大小来优化实验,使测定结果更加可靠,结果表达更加科学。 Objective Determination cadmium contents and the evaluation of expanded uncertainty in the quality con- trol samples from China National Center for Food Safety Risk Monitoring. Methods According to GB5009.15-2014, CNAS-GL06:2006 "Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Assessment Guide" as the basis of the assessment on uncer- tainty. Results Two levels of cadmium concentration are expressed as 188 g/kg and 406 g/kg, respectively. The ex- panded uncertainty is 25.6 g/kg and 35.0 g/kg respectively. Conclusions The quantitative analysis of each component of the relative standard uncertainty makes the experiment optimized, as well as the results more reliable and scientific.
