浅谈基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务项目存在的问题及对策

总结分析当前基层医疗卫生机构开展基本公共卫生服务项目过程中存在的困难和问题,其存在的具体原因有:①宣传不够广泛,居民知晓率偏低;②"重治轻防"的思想仍然存在,实施效果不够理想;③专业技术人员人员整体素质不高,难以高质量的完成项目任务;④资金分配不够合理,影响项目开展的积极性;⑤专业公共卫生人员缺乏,难以满足项目开展需求;⑥专业技术人员缺少专业培训,总体服务质量不高。针对上述存在的困难和问题可以通过加大宣传、加强监管,强化督导、合理使用和分配项目资金、拓宽人才引进渠道及加强人才培养等途径加以解决。

To summarize and analyse the problems during current basic medical and health organizations develop basic public health services items, through the analysis of the specific reasons are as following： ①publicity is not enough and residents awareness rate is low; ②The idea of ＂retreatment and light prevention＂ still exists, Implementation effect is not ideal; ③Professional and technical personnel overall quality is not high, It is difficult to finish the project task with high quality; ④Allocation of funds is not reasonable, influence the enthusiasm of project development; ⑤Lack of professional public health personnel, and difficult to meet the needs of the project to carry out; ⑥Professional and technical personnel lack of professional training, service quality is not high;In view of the above difficulties and prob- lems, we can achieve it through increasing publicity, strengthen supervision, reasonable use and distribution of project funds, broadening the channels of talent introduction and enhance the cultivation of talents.
