国内的研究者多把对晋商的研究重点放在票号、大院及晋商兴衰上,而探究晋商辉煌背后的深层次原因,如晋商精神来自哪里以及晋商精神如何传承等的研究则不是特别多。文章从家庭角度剖析晋商的家庭伦理观,其核心是崇儒尊礼的孝亲观、夫义妇德的夫妇观和儒商并重的育子观。挖掘晋商家庭伦理观的现代价值,可对现代商人走向儒商之路提供价值引导,可对当今社会职业道德的培养提供启示。

In the study about Jin merchants, many domestic researchers put emphasis on exchange banks, courtyards and the rise and decline of Shanxi merchants, ignoring the reason why the Jin merchants made such a great achievement. For example, the study about where the spirit of Jin merchants comes from and how it forms is quite few in number. From the perspective of family ethics, this paper makes an analysis on the view of filial, ethics of husband and wife and view on education, because the exploration about the modern value of family ethics of Jin merchants can provide value guidance for modern businessmen to adopt a way of being learned merchants and inspiration for the cultivation of modern social and pro- fessional ethics.
