摘要
近年来城市洪涝灾害频繁发生,合理确定防洪设计洪水位是确保城市安全和人民生命财产安全,实现经济可持续发展、社会稳定的重要因素。在区域规划骨干工程治理和城市发展基础上,通过设计暴雨推求,运用太湖流域产汇流和水文水动力学模型进行模拟计算,综合拟定常州市城市防洪设计水位,对指导城市防洪治理、工程建设和保障城市安全具有重要意义。
In recent years, urban flood disasters occurred frequently, reasonably determining me oeslgn noou control water level is the important factor of ensuring the city security, people's life and property safety, realizing sustainable economic development and social stability. In this paper, based on regional backbone engineering improvement planning and urban development, through the design storm volume, simulation calculation by Taihu Lake basin runoff and hydrological hydrodynamics model is carried out. The urban flood control design water level is comprehensively drawn up, which has important significance for guiding the urban flood control management, project construction and ensuring the safety of city.
