热压与真空辅助联合工艺制备非织造布复合材料及其性能研究 被引量:1

Study on Preparation of Nonwoven Composite Material by Hot-pressing and Vacuum Assisted Combined Process and Its Properties

摘要 基于管状纺织复合材料在翻衬过程中要求承受复杂的应力与应变,对非织造布复合材料的研制工艺和性能进行了探讨。以压强、温度和时间3因子正交试验研究了热压复合工艺,探索了树脂配比和固化时间对真空辅助成型(VARI)工艺的影响,最后采用热压复合和VARI联合工艺制备了非织造布复合材料并对其进行了表征。结果表明:热压成型工艺的最佳工艺为压强5 MPa、温度为140℃、时间为90s;树脂、固化剂和稀释剂的质量比为100∶80∶20;非织造布复合材料的断裂应力达到了21 MPa以上,即表明非织造布复合材料研制工艺设计的合理性。 On the basis that tubular textile composite material is required to bear complicated stress and strain in the process of turnover lining, this paper discusses preparation process and properties of nonwoven composite material, studies hot-pressing compound technology with orthogonal test with pressure, temperature and time factors, explores the influence of resin proportioning and curing time on vacuum assisted resin infusion (VARI) process and finally prepares nonwoven composite material with hot-pressing compound and VARI combined process and characterizes it. The result shows optimal process of hot-forming process is pressure 5 MPa, temperature 140 ℃ and time 90 s; mass ratio of resin, curing agent and diluent is 100 :80 :20; breaking stress of nonwoven composite material is over 21 MPa, indicating the rationality of preparation process design of nonwoven composite material.
